Your privacy

Devdwell is a desktop app and an account service run by Lumiave (“we”). This page explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it. We don’t sell your information and we don’t show ads.

What we collect

Your account: your email address, and anything you add to your profile, such as your name, job title, company, a short bio and a picture.
Signing in: one-time codes we email you, and a sign-in cookie that keeps you signed in on this website.
Sites you sync or share: each site’s name and files, who you invite and what they can do, and a record of activity such as saves and publishes, so your other computers and the people you invite can open the site.
Early-access requests: what you send in the request form.
This website: your cookie choices, and page-view statistics that set no cookies and don’t identify you.

Sites you don’t sync or share stay on your computer. When you use the AI assistant or publish a site, that happens under your own accounts with those services, and their privacy policies apply.

Why we use it

To run your account, sign you in and keep your sites in sync.
To let the people you invite open the sites you share with them, and to email them the invitation.
To review early-access requests and send you the app.
To keep the service secure, for example by limiting how many sign-in codes can be requested.
To tell you about important changes to the app or this policy.

Who helps us run it

We use a small number of service providers for hosting, storage and sending email. They handle your information only to provide those services to us. We share information when the law requires it, and otherwise only with people you choose to share a site with.

How long we keep it

We keep your account and synced sites until you delete them or ask us to. Sign-in codes expire within minutes. Early-access requests are kept while early access runs.

Your choices

You can change your profile on your account page at any time. You can also ask us for a copy of your information, or to correct or delete it. To do that, email info@devdwell.com.

Children

Devdwell isn’t meant for anyone under 16.

Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top, and tell you in the app or by email if the change matters.
