What the site had to do
Defy runs two practices out of one address. One is a spa, with facials, chemical peels, microneedling, laser work, injectables and a skincare line. The other is oral and facial surgery, under a surgeon, with its own set of procedures and its own kind of patient. The old site presented them as one undifferentiated list of services, which meant a person looking for a lip augmentation and a person looking for a facial were reading the same page and getting the same nothing.
The rebuild starts from the treatment menu and works outward. Spa treatments, facial cosmetic procedures and facial surgery are three separate families with their own landing pages, roughly twenty individual treatment pages under them, and a route to booking from every one rather than from the homepage alone. The two practitioners get pages of their own, because for a surgical procedure the question is who is holding the instrument.
