What the site had to do
Mooolah is a bookkeeper in Perth, and a person looking for one is not browsing. They want to know what it costs, whether their Xero mess is fixable, and how quickly someone will pick up the phone. A multi-page site answers that in four clicks; this one answers it by not having anywhere else to go.
It is a single long page: fixed-fee packages with the figures shown, Xero setup and catch-up work described as the situations they actually are, a plain account of how the engagement starts, and an FAQ carrying the questions that would otherwise be an email. Every item in the navigation is an action rather than a destination, arrange a call, request a quote, or the phone number itself, because on this site there is no next page to send anyone to.
